Silvan Capital Oy's business
I have placed most of my own investments and business under my holding company Silvan Capital Oy. The company focuses on real estate, stock market and cryptocurrency investments. My portfolio also includes a few unlisted growth companies that I have been able to invest in.
Real estate investments
Real estate investing is at the heart of my company's operations. I buy, rent out and sell apartments. Real estate was the original reason for founding my own investment company, but quite quickly it expanded to cover all of my investing.
Stock and growth company investments
Stocks are my company's second major investment area, and at the moment most of the invested capital goes into stocks. Growth company investments are also part of my portfolio, but their role is very small for now.
Cryptocurrencies
I also invest some in cryptocurrencies through my company. Their share of the portfolio is significant, but smaller than the weight of real estate or stocks.
