RETURN POLICY

Digital products cannot be returned or cancelled. Purchases from the online store are binding.

I do, however, want you to be 100% happy with the products you buy from my site. If you are not happy with your purchase,  please get in touch and I will do my best to help.

EXCEPTIONS

The return policy is binding and based on the provisions of the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. I do, however, sometimes make exceptions to returns. All exceptions to this return policy are made case by case. Please get in touch if you need more information.
