TERMS OF USE AND DELIVERY

1 GENERAL TERMS

Henrisilvan.com is a marketplace maintained and owned by Silvan Capital Oy, business ID 2769166-5 (hereinafter "henrisilvan.com" or the "Site"). These terms apply to the commercial relationship between the henrisilvan.com site and its customers arising through the henrisilvan.com online store. The Site has the right to update these terms without prior notice. Orders are subject to the terms in force at the time of ordering, which can be read on this page.

The Site is not liable for damage caused by force majeure. Force majeure means an unforeseeable circumstance or change in circumstances beyond the Site's control. Henrisilvan.com is obliged to notify the customer of force majeure without delay.

2 CUSTOMER, PRIVACY AND COOKIES

Henrisilvan.com welcomes all private and business customers. The commercial relationship follows applicable Finnish and EU legislation on consumer trade, marketing and advertising. Agreements between business customers and the Site are governed primarily by these terms and otherwise by the Finnish Sale of Goods Act.

When placing an order, the customer is obliged to provide complete contact details, which for consumers include at least name, address, phone number and email address. Business customers must provide the contact person's name, phone number and email, postal address, phone number and, where necessary, billing address.

Customer data is stored in the Site's customer register and used to maintain the customer relationship. The Site has the right to process and disclose the data in the register for justified purposes. Read more in our Privacy Policy.

The henrisilvan.com website uses cookies to make the site even more user-friendly. Cookies make the shopping experience easier, better and faster. Cookies may also be used to offer the customer better deals and more personal product recommendations. A cookie is a small text file that the Site's web server stores on the user's hard drive. Some content on henrisilvan.com may require cookies to be accepted in order to work. The user's web browser most likely accepts cookies with its default settings, but the user can also block cookies in the browser settings or delete them from the browser after using the service. 3 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The content of henrisilvan.com and its products is protected by copyright and intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify, distribute or otherwise exploit any material available on henrisilvan.com that is protected by copyright or exclusive rights, unless you have received the express consent of the rights holders. All trademarks, brands and trade names are the property of their owners, and their unauthorized use is prohibited.

Ownership, copyright, trademark and all other intellectual property rights to material contained on the Site or sent by the Site to the user belong to the Site (Silvan Capital Oy), unless otherwise stated. Quoting, copying, storing, editing, modifying, transferring, handing over, or otherwise using or exploiting the material or any part of it, even partially, without the Site's prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Handing over the products and instructions sold on henrisilvan.com to others, or publishing and sharing them in any electronic or other media, is strictly prohibited. A user acting in breach of this term is fully liable to the Site (Silvan Capital Oy) for the damage caused by the copyright infringement.

Henrisilvan.com does not sell products for resale. The products for sale are intended solely for the buyer's own use. Products bought from henrisilvan.com may not be shared or resold. Modified versions of our products are also prohibited.

4 AVAILABILITY OF THE HENRISILVAN.COM SITE AND ITS PRODUCTS

The Site does its best to ensure and test that the henrisilvan.com online store and the products sold in it work and that their information is up to date. The Site is nevertheless not liable for any errors, inaccuracies or limitations in them. The Site does not guarantee or accept liability for the user's connection working as expected, or for the Site or third parties' services, applications or sites always being available or available without interruption.

The user is responsible for having the devices, software and systems required for using the Site and for appropriate information security, such as terminal devices, browsers and connections, including telecommunications connections. The Site does not guarantee that the henrisilvan.com online store or the products sold in it can be used with the user's devices, software, systems or connections.

5 THIRD PARTIES

Any reference to linked sites, applications, services or named third parties does not mean that henrisilvan.com recommends or otherwise endorses such a third party. You bear the risk of using third-party sites. The Site is not responsible for the content of any third-party site, application or service.

6 PRICES

All prices in the henrisilvan.com online store include VAT. If the price list contains obvious pricing errors, the product will not be sold at a clearly lower price if the customer can be assumed to have understood that there was an error. In the event of mispricing, the Site is obliged to notify the customer who ordered the product immediately.

Henrisilvan.com does not sell products for resale. The products for sale are intended solely for the buyer's own use. Products bought from the Site may not be shared or resold. Modified versions of the products are also prohibited.

Henrisilvan.com sells products in accordance with age limits set by law. By ordering a product and accepting the terms of delivery, the customer confirms that they are entitled to order the product.

7 DELIVERY

Henrisilvan.com sells digitally downloadable products. All of the Site's products are delivered automatically by email via a link after payment. Some of the Site's products may require third-party applications or software to work, for example a free Google account and the Google Sheets spreadsheet program. 9 RETURNS

Digital products cannot be returned or cancelled. Purchases from our online store are binding. Finnish Consumer Protection Act; Door-to-door and distance selling, Section 14 (30.12.2013/1211) and Section 16 (30.12.2013/1211).
